The goal at The Essence of H.E.R. is to help you develop and discover the skills you need to properly market yourself as a viable competitor in your current or desired industry. I customize your coaching to your individual needs—my method is garnered from years of experience in human resources and coaching young aspiring and mid-career professionals. 

My job is to challenge the ways you think, dream, plan, and act. But most importantly, I will work with you to determine your career path to help you realize your career goals.

What to Expect:

You will have 1:1 personal weekly sessions with me virtually via phone or Zoom. You will have access to your Zoom recordings, upon request, and as a tool to understand your progress before sessions and post-session recaps.
